Congress Center
The Congress Center, formerly the Palace of Culture, is a large non-functionalist building. It is situated on the border of the Nusle Valley which offers a magnificent view of the valley and the Prague skyline. Concerts, balls, meetings, and other cultural events are usually held here. Its advantages include a unique view across the Vltava river at the Prague Castle panorama. Thanks to its congress center, Prague became the world‘s eighth most popular conference destination in 2017, according to the Association of the International Congress and Convention Association.
