Nando Alvarez

Nando Álvarez is an experienced Spanish sculptor with monumental works installed in almost 30 countries around the globe. Álvarez grew up in a town in Galicia (Northern Spain) where for some reason numerous artists' workshops are concentrated, there he learned to work with stone in workshops of various sculptors. Inspired by nature and the elements in a continuous state of movement, he creates textured sculptures of marble, wood, steel and bronze that imitate the dynamism of waves and water, wind and fire.
